What is UDL?

UDL stands for Universal Design for Learning which is the process of developing the curriculum to make sure it is effective and includes all learners. The main aim is to change the curriculum to suit the student and not to change the student to fit the curriculum. Another aim of UDL is to remove all barriers from the access to learning for EVERYONE.

UDL focuses on the many flexible ways in which one may present information while keeping in mind the different skills, interests and already acquired knowledge of the individual learners.
