Motivation is a term very much used in the spheres of education and inclusion, where everyone is concerned with how to move themselves or others to act. Parents and teachers are always searching for ways in which to motivate their children and their students, and students in turn search for ways in which to be motivated. Motivation can be affected by extrinsic factors such as rewards and grades, opinions of others and even fear, or just as often by intrinsic factors, that is by their own interests, their curiosity or even their values.
